Calgary

Blend Vocal Association
Blend Vocal Association seeks new members for our fall season, starting Thursday September 7th.  We are a 12-voice female choir, performing 4-part arrangements of many genres from folk to jazz to rock to contemporary. We’re primarily looking for alto voices, although we welcome auditionees of all ranges.  The ability to read music is a requirement and we memorize our repertoire for performance. Cum Vino Cantus is an adult, non-auditioned Calgary community choir with high expectations. ​The Master's Singers
The Master's Singers is seeking new members for the 2023-24 season. We are a men's, non-auditioned choir presenting 4-part arrangements at local churches once a month on Sunday mornings as well as two concerts (Christmas and spring). We're a diverse group who enjoy fellowship and singing Christian hymns and sacred music. We’re looking especially for tenor 1 and 2 voices, but baritones and basses are welcome.

Ariose
Ariose is an award-winning, nationally recognized choir of treble singers based in Edmonton, and led by artistic director Jolaine Kerley. Our group enjoys the challenge of exploring and performing music of various styles with the goal of exposing audiences to an array of upper-voice choral music. Ariose currently presents its own concert series twice yearly and offers performances at community functions. The Braille Tone Music Society
Music is for Everyone! The Braille Tone Music Society provides musical enrichment for persons with disabilities in the Edmonton area. Elk Island Regional Honor Choirs is accepting singers from grades 2 to 12. Our two choirs practice every Monday evening, with two concerts annually. In addition, the Secondary choir tours within Canada, and the Junior choir performs at local schools. All of the choirs participate in additional events such as performing at music festivals, the Festival of Trees, nursing homes, churches, sporting, and other public events. The ETown Vocal Music Society offers two choirs: ETown Minors for Youth (grades 7-12) and ETown Augmented for Adults (of all ages). Josephburg Men’s Chorus and Bells in Harmony
The Josephburg Men’s Chorus and Bells in Harmony invite you to consider singing or ringing with us in the 2023-24 season. We are a 45 year old organization that now rehearses at Trinity Baptist Church in Sherwood Park. Our singers rehearse on Monday evenings and the bells rehearse on Thursdays. Kings Alumni and Community Chorus
The Kings Alumni and Community Chorus (non-auditioned large SATB Chorus) is open for new singers! We rehearse on Tuesday evenings (7-9:15pm) at Knoppers Hall on The Kings University campus in Edmonton. Conducted by Dr. Joy Berg and accompanied by Margaret King, this Chorus participates in collaborative concerts as well as presenting one of their own each season.
