Step by step renewal instructions
- Select MY MEMBERSHIPS from the left sidebar.
- Click the RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP button.
- Select the membership type you would like for the current season, then click NEXT STEP.
- Update and complete your information, then click NEXT STEP
- Verify your information and read and accept the Terms of Service, then click NEXT STEP.
- Select your payment method and click PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

Step by step renewal instructions
A confirmation message and an official receipt will be forwarded once payment for your renewal has been received.
Corporate members are able to add multiple representatives and administrators to their account. Due to the nature of our membership platform, these are called Choir Representatives. Instructions on adding representatives and administrators are available below.

- Select MY MEMBERSHIPS from the left sidebar.
- Click the RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP button.
For organizations/institutions with multiple choirs, the Choirs/Institutions membership should be taken out under the primary choir. Once you have registered your primary choir, contact Choir Alberta (info@choiralberta.ca) for a coupon that will allow you to add each of your organization's/institution's choirs as Component Choirs (and then link them to your membership). It is important to add all of the choirs in your organization for the purposes of communications (ex. messages being sent only to a certain choir type) as well as having all of your choirs appear on the Find A Choir page.
Click NEXT STEP. - Select the membership type, then click NEXT STEP.
- Update and complete the choir/organization/company information, then click NEXT STEP.
- Update and complete your information. If your organization has different types of choirs, be sure to check all relevant boxes. Corporate members may wish to select all choir types so as to receive information about all events. Then click NEXT STEP.
- Verify your information and read and accept the Terms of Service, then click NEXT STEP.
- Select your payment method and click PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

An individual can be a Choir Representative of several Choir Alberta member choirs. Choir Representatives are able to access their choir's membership and will receive communications directed toward their choir.

- Go to the MY ORGANIZATION screen.
- If your membership is linked to more than one choir, click DETAIL beside the choir to which you would like to add a representative.
- From the choir's MY ORGANIZATION screen, click ADD MEMBER at the bottom of the screen.
- Select CHOIR REPRESENTATIVE and click NEXT STEP.
- Complete the contact information for the choir representative.
- The MAIN ORGANIZATION field will default to the choir to which you’re being added as a representative.
- Select the role(s) you play with that choir.
- Add any other choirs with which you’re affiliated, indicate your role, and provide the total number of choristers involved with those choirs. Click NEXT STEP.
- Review your information and accept the terms and conditions. Click NEXT STEP.
To add a new component choir you need to be logged out of your account.

- Select BECOME A MEMBER.
- Select the Component Choir membership type (don't forget to contact us for the coupon code!).
- Follow the steps 3-7 under Renewing Organizational Memberships.
If you are involved with a number of the component choirs within your organization/institution — particularly if you are an administrator or conductor — you will want to link them to your primary choir (the choir to which the Choirs/Institutions membership is officially assigned).

- Log in to your Choirs/Institutions membership (the membership for your primary choir).
- Lick on MY PROFILE in the left sidebar.
- Scroll down to the "About your choir" section, and add the component choirs you would like to link to the "Other organizations" field.
- Check off the role(s) you play with the other choir(s) and enter the total choristers of all the choirs in the "Other organizations" field.
- Click SAVE.
- Log out of your Choirs/Institutions membership.
- You can then either log in to the component choir(s) you would like to link, or the primary contact for those component choirs can log in.
- In the component choir membership, click on MY ORGANIZATIONS in the left sidebar.
- Scroll down to member list, and your name should appear. Click ADD AS ADMIN in the right column of the table, Your name should then be added to the list of administrators.
- Log out of the component choir membership.
- Log back in to your Choirs/Institutions membership (the membership for your primary choir).
- Click MY ORGANIZATION in the right sidebar. You will now see the name of the component choir for which you were just made admin. By clicking the Detail link in the right column of the table you will be able to access and make changes to the component choir membership.
Before you can add someone as an administrator, they must be a Choir Representative (see “Adding a Choir Representative”).
To add an administrator:

- Select the MY ORGANIZATION tab from the left sidebar.
- Scroll to the MEMBERS LIST near the bottom of the screen.
- Click ADD AS ADMIN from the right column of the table.

- modify the information of the organization.
- add/remove members
- manage the membership of the organization’s members
- add/remove the administrators of the organization
In the MY ORGANIZATION menu you can edit the information for your organization.
At the bottom of the screen you can manage the members of your organization.
- Click on detail to see and update their membership information
- In the detail screen you can:
- Update their information
- Manage their memberships
- Remove them from your organization
