Add your voice to SongBurst Summer Sing—a joyful evening of community singing at the Heritage Amphitheatre in Hawrelak Park! Whether you're a long-time choir member or someone who simply likes to sing in the shower, this event is for you. There are no auditions, no printed music, and no pressure—just a chance to spend a summer evening singing together.

Led by local musician Karen Porkka and SongBurst guest conductor Bruce Cable, the Summer Sing features music from across a variety of styles, including pop, musical theatre, folk songs, and classical favourites. Every song is taught by ear, so everyone can jump in. Throughout the evening, the SongBurst Summer Choir will also share performances of music prepared during the SongBurst Summer Choir Workshop.

The gates open at 7:00 p.m., and the singing begins at 7:30 p.m. Come early to grab a snack from the food trucks, enjoy the park, and connect with Edmonton's singing community before the music begins.
