the premiere ensemble festival for everything vocal!
Welcome to Alberta's newest festival for vocal ensembles! The Alberta Vocal Festival has been developed for groups focusing on the performance of music outside the traditional choral repertoire. Vocal jazz ensembles, barbershop choruses, a cappella groups, show choirs, and any ensembles that identify as non-traditional choral groups are invited to participate! The festival is non-competitive, but a series of awards based on a range of criteria will be presented.
