University of Lethbridge - Children's Choir (Ages 5-11)
The focus of this dynamic young choir is on giving children the chance to experience the fun and joy of singing while at the same time growing as musicians. They sing a wide variety of music, including singing games and activities that help them develop as musicians and learn to use their singing voices in a healthy way.

Weekly rehearsal, led by Kathy Matkin-Clapton are an energetic fusion of focus, hard work and joy as we grow together as a choir.
University + collegiate choirs
Medicine Hat College Girls' Choir
The MHC Girls' choir is an auditioned choir for girls ages 12-19. The choir is a high-performance choir that performs in concerts, workshops, festivals and competitions. We enjoy performing a wide variety of challenging choral music, while learning about life, other cultures, and foreign languages. The choristers become a team by spending time together at choral retreats, singing at community events and traveling overseas for two weeks every couple of years.

Brooks Choral Society
Why does BCS exist?
BCS offers a warm and inclusive home, where its members find healing, connection and musical growth.
Our long term vision and values
In offering a safe space for the mutual growth and healing of a connected collective, we will begin to see a positive change in the self-worth of singers/musicians. This will result in less creative wounds being passed on from generation to generation, and will empower all to step fully into themselves as musical artists.
ALL ARE WELCOME, ALL BELONG!
We rehearse on Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm at the Brooks United Church.
We are expanding this year to also include children and teens in our chapter of BCS JR.
We are on IG and Facebook!
Cantrice Women's Ensemble
Cantrice Women's Ensemble is an advanced choral group for women from Cardston and the surrounding area. We sing a variety of music from renaissance through contemporary jazz, often a cappella. Our purpose is to develop our musical skills, and make and share beautiful music with other musicians and our community.
Southern Accord Chorus
Southern Accord is an award winning, women's a cappella chorus. Our four-part harmony rings beautiful chords in songs from the Beatles to Bruno Mars to the best ballads and Broadway tunes. Our performances are tailored to entertain our audiences with humour and heartfelt music. We love to entertain at charitable and special events. Resources to support members include on-line vocal tracks, educational opportunities and expert coaches.

University of Lethbridge - Incanto Singers
The Incanto Singers are a welcoming and skilled mixed choir for younger adults who love to sing. We sing a wide variety of challenging repertoire in SATB, working hard in our weekly rehearsals to create and refine a sound and joyful approach that is uniquely “Incanto”. This wonderful choir is open to singers ages 17 and up. Weekly rehearsals are led by Kathy Matkin-Clapton.
University of Lethbridge - Sing for Joy (Ages 40+)
In this choir, everyone is welcome, and everyone is good enough. Most of our singers are 40+, although we prefer to call it “plenty-nine”. Our rehearsals are fun, dynamic “cup-filling” experiences for all. We sing a wide variety of music, from pop and the “oldies” to folk and traditional choir music in two, three three and four parts. Reading music is a plus, but not a must.
Vox Musica Choral Society
Our ensemble brings choral music to audiences in Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta, and gives the people of this area an opportunity to participate in the public performance of choral work.
We have from 60 to 80 members each year, ranging from 19 to 91 years of age, and including beginners to seasoned veterans enjoying their fourth decade with the choir. The choir rehearses weekly on Tuesdays from 7:00-9:30 p.m, and we welcome new singers every September and January. Our repertoire includes everything from folk and theatre music to opera choruses and classic choral gems. We are frequent guests of the Lethbridge Symphony Orchestra and collaborate often with other local vocal and instrumental ensembles. In Vox, we experience a togetherness based on a core value: less of me, more of us. In a choir, the whole really is greater than the sum of its parts.
